EPCOR

Field Information Tool

EPCOR was in need of massive overhaul of its support orders system and management of crews/vehicles/equipment in relation to those orders. Devfacto was called in for their incredible development expertise, and in turn I was asked to come in and provide the much needed UX side to support those endeavors.

Months of evaluating existing process, system functions, department integration, administrator to end user roles, and development environments was put into action.

The end result was prototyping out and designing an entirely new from scratch system that could accommodate all previous needs while adjusting for new requirements and having the flexibility for more in the future.
